FeelSkin currently ships across India. We strive to deliver products to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted courier partners.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

FeelSkin may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing tracking details, where available.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment of returned orders.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FeelSkin shall not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photographs and order details.

We will investigate the issue and provide appropriate assistance as per our policies.
